3rd Party Building Inspections
On-site construction progress inspections are performed by WCI's ICC-certified inspectors to the requirements for third-party inspectors as prescribed in Ca. Civil Code Title 7, Section 43.99. SB 800 affords confidentiality between the developer and the third-party inspection firm, so the inspection reports can be detailed and thorough, allowing maximum effective QA/QC benefit. Inspections are made at the following building stages:
